The Akron Writers Group (AWG) is open to writers of all genres who are serious about improving their craft. Our mission is to inspire and support members in their writing careers by offering constructive feedback and writing-related resources.

Writing doesn't have to be a solitary profession. Our writing group offers you the opportunity to have your work critiqued by others in a comfortable and supportive setting.

AWG meets every other Thursday in downtown Akron. As a member, you will also receive access to AWG's official e-group where members share other publishing and writing resources.
